Graduate Trainee – Product Designer

We are hiring a graduate product designer to help us design AI-enabled systems for our clients — dashboards, portals, workflow tools, and automation experiences that teams use to run their organisations. This role is about shipping client-facing operational software, not polishing internal admin screens.

Design at an early-stage company means more than making things look good — it means understanding what users are actually trying to do in real workflows, where the friction is, and what a better version of the experience looks like.

You will work on everything from information architecture and user flows to component design and final UI. You will run lightweight user research, turn messy feedback into clear design decisions, and collaborate directly with engineers to make sure what gets built matches what was intended.

This role sits close to the product and engineering teams. You will be in the room when decisions are being made, not brought in at the end to apply a coat of polish. We want someone who is opinionated about quality, comfortable with ambiguity, and genuinely excited about the problem of making complex software feel simple.
