Graduate Trainee – Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus)

We are hiring a backend-leaning graduate developer to help us build AI-enabled systems for our clients. We deliver workflow automations, dashboards, and integrations that help organisations run faster and make better decisions — the backend is where reliability and correctness are won.

You will contribute to API design, database modelling, background job processing, and the quality of the systems client teams depend on daily. You will be paired with a senior engineer for your first months and given real tasks with real consequences, not toy projects.

We use Elixir and Phoenix as our primary backend stack, with PostgreSQL for data persistence. You do not need to know Elixir before you join. If you have a strong foundation in any backend language and understand how web systems work, we will bring you up to speed. What matters most is that you think clearly about data, enjoy solving hard problems, and take quality seriously.
