Graduate Trainee – Business Development

We are looking for a driven graduate to join our growth team and help us build the commercial foundation of Vumbuzi AI. This is not a passive role. From week one you will be involved in identifying partnership opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and helping shape how we position the product in the market.

You will work closely with the management to map target verticals, build outreach sequences, track pipeline activity, and refine our pitch based on real feedback from real conversations. Over time you will own your own accounts and take deals from first contact through to signed agreement.

This role is ideal for someone who is energised by conversations, unafraid of rejection, and genuinely curious about how early-stage software companies grow. We are building something from the ground up and we want someone who is excited by that, not intimidated by it.
